It is amazing how much little things can make a difference with being prepared for an emergency. I have marked the things that I stock up on for free or very cheap (at least 75% off) using coupons.

  • Fels Naptha (a bar of laundry soap, it looks like a bar of soap and can be found in your laundry aisle)
OTC Medicines & Safety Supplies:

  • diphenhydramine HCl (Benadryl)* great to use for allergic reactions
  • sudafed
  • rubbing alcohol
